As Sale Manager at Hampton Lake, Pratt Reed oversees all of the residential real estate sales for the 900-acre master planned community.

Pratt brings over 10 years of real estate sales experience to his position. He has been on the sales team of Hampton Lake for the past 5 years and prior to that was a sales executive with two of the premier master-planned private communities in the region - Berkeley Hall and the Cliffs Communities in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Reed manages the six-member sales team at Hampton Lake as well as serves in a project management capacity at the community, working closely with the development team, marketing department and Club group.

A native of Hilton Head Island, Reed graduated from Clemson University and later the CCIM Institute with a certification of proficiency in commercial and investment real estate. He is active in several community service organizations, the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for May River Montessori School.
