Gary Wiggin
VP Land Division

Gary Wiggin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a registered professional engineer in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina.

In 1995 he began his career in southern New Hampshire with Bedford Design Consultants, designing and permitting infrastructure for both residential and commercial development projects.

He moved to Savannah in 1998 and joined Thomas & Hutton Engineering Company. Starting on the design team for Colleton River and Belfair, he then became the lead project manager, designing residential and golf course infrastructure. His work included projects for CraftBuilt Homes, The Fripp Company, and Toll Brothers. During that time he worked on projects at The Landings Golf Club, Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, and Hampton Lake. He also served as the overall client manager for Thomas & Hutton.

Gary is experienced in all aspects of development on the engineering side, from due diligence, land acquisition, entitling property, sub-dividing, parcel sales, envisioning and the planning process of properties. When Gary joined Reed Development in January of 2006 he brought a wealth of experience in community development and serves an important role as resident expert on everything from engineering, to due diligence, entitling, to sub-dividing.
